Meet the Coach

Strength coaching with structure, clarity, and long-term progress.

Over 15 years of training, coaching, and formal education have shaped one philosophy: lasting progress comes from consistency, sound technique, and a plan you can actually follow.

Training should feel serious without feeling overwhelming.

I have trained through competitive powerlifting, bodybuilding, and years of continued education in kinesiology. Those experiences taught me that successful coaching is not about finding the perfect program. It is about building one that fits the individual.

Whether you are stepping into the gym for the first time, returning after time away, or working toward a specific performance goal, my role is to provide structure, clear direction, and practical guidance that you can confidently follow.

Competitive Background

Official competition best lifts from my time competing as a junior powerlifter in the 66 kg class.

  • Squat-180 kg (396.8 lb)
  • Bench press-115 kg (253.5 lb)
  • Deadlift-205 kg (451.9 lb)

Why I coach

The point is not to make training complicated.

Strength training changed when I stopped chasing numbers and started understanding the process.

Competitive powerlifting taught me the value of structure. Kinesiology gave me a deeper respect for movement, recovery, and individual differences. Coaching brought those pieces together. I like helping people move from uncertainty to confidence: knowing how to set up a lift, how hard to push, when to adjust, and why the plan looks the way it does. Good coaching should make training feel less mysterious and more enjoyable.

Technique first

Better movement gives you more confidence and makes strength training easier to progress over time.

Structured progression

Your training is organized into clear blocks so you know what is improving and what needs attention.

Realistic support

Coaching should fit your life. We build the plan around your schedule, recovery, equipment, and experience level.

Consistent results

Progress comes from repeatable training, clear priorities, and steady adjustments that help you build strength over time.

Who I work with

Every program is built around the individual.

The principles stay consistent: sound movement, appropriate progression, and a plan that fits your life.

You might be

  • New to strength training
  • Returning after time away
  • Busy professionals building consistency
  • Competitive lifters chasing performance goals
  • Adults rebuilding after injury or rehabilitation
  • Recreational lifters who want better structure

Why clients work with me

My goal is not to help you exercise more. It is to help you train better.

You should understand your training, build confidence under the bar, and make steady progress that lasts.

Every program is individualized around your experience, schedule, recovery, available equipment, and long-term goals. No templates. Just sound movement, appropriate progression, and a plan realistic enough to follow consistently.
